Cant find drivers

Hi,

I need some help, i cant find any drivers for this computer:
IBM Thinkpad R51
Microsoft windows XP professional, service pack 2
Intel(R) Pentium(R)M processor 1600MHz 589 MHz, 760 MB of RAM..

Plz help, i have tried many website, but cant find any drivers, i need:
LAN, wireless, Graphic, Sound.
