Sorry if this is in the wrong place
Well, let me just start off by saying my computer has a LOT of issues. My own fault, really, I guess.
Let me talk about my current problem, that when I'm trying to install my Bamboo tablet which comes up as an unknown device in device manager, I get this error message, even after I tried to install drivers from the wacom website

It's really annoying
I think it has something to do with my memory..
Because I also get an error message sometimes saying
'Low On Registry Space : The system has reached the maximum size allowed for the system part of the registry. Additional storage requests will be ignored.' (I don't have a screenshot, sorry)
I looked it up and people said that it sounds like a message a virus would give but I'm pretty sure that It's not a virus. This happens after a incident with my graphics card that basically wrecked my entire computer. I kept getting a BSOD because i rather stupidly installed new drivers for my nvidia card over my old ones and it screwed up my computer. I uninstalled the drivers and tried to install new ones but it didn't work. I was really panicking because I was left with the default graphics but thank god i had a system restore point. After that I started to get the registry errors. The graphic card errors came after I installed the Sims 3 Seasons, even though my computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements.
Free space: 12.9GB/149GB < My disc space
I really don't know what else to put down
Like what other information do you need?
My mind isn't working right because it's 3:30 in the morning
