Solved: I need serious help!

My computer won't start up. Last night I was trying to install a game on my laptop but it said I didn't have enough disk space, so I searched ways to do increase disk space. I came across the program Partition Magic, or something like that, and I decided to use it. I saw that a few ways to increase disk space were to compress files, and also to make things called partitions in the harddrive. I'm not a tech genius, but it sounded relatively easy and it seemed like it was while I was doing it. I made a single partition in my C drive, and clicked apply changes in the partition magic program. It then said it needed to reboot my computer to finish making the changes. I allowed ot to do so and went to bed because it was talking a long time. I woke up and went to check on it, and the power button was green but the screen was black, as if it were on screen saver. I clicked and scribbled and pressed space to get it to be active but nothing was working. I decided to just turn it off and restart it, so I turned it off and went to start it up, but I got the black screen saying "we apologize for the inconvenience, but windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change may have caused this. If your computer stopped responding, restarted unexpectedly, or was automatically shut down to protect your files and folders, choose last known good configuration to revert to the most recent settings that worked. If a previous startup attempt was interrupted due to a power failure or because the power or reset button was pressed, or if you aren't sure what caused the problem, choose start windows normally." then I have these options to choose from: "safe mode", "safe mode with networking", "safe mode with command prompt", "last known configuration (your most recent settings that worked)", and "start windows normally" i have tried all of these and none work. No matter what I try, I get this blue screen that says "a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps: disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defragmentation or backup utilities. Check your hard drive configuration, and check for any updated drivers. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer. Technical information: *** STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x84362EF0, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000) " I've tried restarting my computer multiple times. The only difference between each startup option is that the safe start options go through this list right before they start up, but then I get the blue screen righ away. The last known good configuration just goes right to the blue screen, and the start windows normally option has the windows logo and starting sequence for like a second then the blue screen is up. I REALLY need help with this BADLY. This isn't my computer and I'll be killed if I broke it. I am stuck on my iPod right now. I really appreciate any help.
