General Failure: email link to web sites

When I click on a link to a web site in a received email, I get the following window: “ General Failure. The URL was ….( web link addr.). System cannot find file specified”. I have been getting this error message today on all web links in my received emails. Just started this yesterday. Firefox is my web Browser. Microsoft Outlook 2007. Is there a setting change somewhere? My other computer on my network has not been affected and links from email to web page properly.
