How to recover Rar File password

Hi,
I have downloaded one file from Torrent.and it is password protected.in folder there is text file about to download password file but it saying to complete survay.but nothing work.i have downloaded password recovery but it is running too slow.and it is slowing down computer too.I just would lik to know is there any way to unlock password.:(
