For some months now, I have had no luck uploading images to either email service I use nor to ebay. I had been able to upload images to ebay thru Auctiva but now I'm experiencing intermittent problems with that service (which may be totally unrelated.) Files smaller than about 100kb usually upload okay to email.
Our laptop does not have this problem. Our computer desktop and laptop are on the 2nd floor and our modem and router in the basement has it has been for years. My Linksys Wireless-G network adapter occasionally drops the link so I unplug the cord at the adapter and plug it in again which allows it to connect again.
I've talked to our internet service provider (Dish) and to my local computer repair man. I'd like to avoid hauling the tower to the latter or hauling my whole system down to the basement to bypass the adapter but will if nothing else comes up as a solution.
I run CCleaner periodically as well as Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Super Antispyware. I've recently done a chkdsk. Any suggestions? Thanks!
