transfering games from my old xp

Can someone tell me the easiest way to save games from my wifes old computer on USB thumb drive? She wants me to transfer Solitare and Pinball. Is there a certain way to transfer them so they work on her other laptop? is it different than basic files and folders transferring? The game needs to be playable
