Could you please tell me how to sort a problem for a couple in their 80s.
They have an acer running windows xp
They called a computer man to just check their PC but since he has been in when they sign into their waitrose account it comes up with an error saying it can't display the page also the email account is not working. For some unknown reason this chap changed passwords when they contacted him with this problem after the 1st visit , I've said not to ring the chap anymore and I will try and sort it out for them as the waitrose account is for their shopping so without it they are a bit stuck.
I took my iPad to their house and they can sign into waitrose and email no problem and all works ok so I got them to change password
I've run scans and can't find any bugs
So please help so I can sort this for them
