[Help] Shared Folder won't check

hello there i encounter another problem on my PC running Windows XP SP3

i already OFF / disabled my Anti-Virus because i am thinking it was the cause of this, but it won't, it's not.. there is something wrong with my system.. :(

any kind of solution for this? i've tried on google but none of those are work perfectly..
