_CxxFrameHandler3

I have a PC with Windows XP, SP3. Recently I have been receiving an error message as follows:

_CxxFrameHandler3 can not be located in msvcrt.dll. As a result, I have no control on the size of the videos I am watching on Google Chrome. Can anyone helps!
