Weather Channel App 2.1.7.0 in Win XP w/SP3

What I read in the 2009 Post, now closed: http://forums.techguy.org/windows-xp...ipt-error.html, reference was made to the Browser: IE. Weather Channel App 2.1.7.0 loads when Windows loads and connects to the Internet. To my knowledge, no Browser is involved.

A Script Error however occurs:
