My WINDOWS SECURITY KEEPS TURNING OFF.

Hi there,

I'm running WINDOWS XP 'Professional' (SP 3) and occasionally the Windows Firewall is turned off. it works ok when reactivated, but gets disabled again.
Sometimes this also happens with E-SCAN Internet Security.
What could be happening and how can it be prevented ?.
