Reboot and select proper boot device.

For some reason, when I turned on my Eee netbook Win XP, it reads,
"reboot and select proper boot device".

I tried to read previous answers and have no idea what Bios and/or IDE means.
My computer Asus read NOT to download the TSG SysInfo as advised above.
