Hello...I would like to set up a Laserjet 5si MX on a small office network using Ethernet cables connected to a Linksys box. Right now, the printer is connected directly to one computer through the parallel port and works great when printing from that computer. Trouble is, that parallel port is already being used by a label printer that does not have any other connection method.
I'm not sure where to start. Do I run some kind of configuration program on one of the computers on the network? (I do not have an installation CD for this printer.) Do I go to "Controls" and run the Windows Network Setup Wizard? Do I go into the setup menus and configure something using the buttons and display on the printer? Thanks in advance!
