Mini Computer - Bauer - Reset

we have two of these computers which belonged to the kids. They are a little old but could be useful for some wordprocessing etc. One is running slow, the other does not get to windows, How can I get to reset the system and start from scratch. There is no cd. There is a USB port. System info below.
