Ads Displaying when I click on a link to somewhere

I am having a severe problem with ads displaying when I click on links to other sites.

Example:

I am in Ebay and click on an item I might be interested in and when I click an an ad or webpage opens up to "Quibids.com". Have to close it and click again on the link I first clicked on.:confused:

Example:

I am on Yahoo Finance Page. Click on a Stock Ticker lookup and it goes to some site wanting me to buy Penny Stocks or put your money in xyz brokers.:mad:

Example:

Click on Yahoo Sports, goes to somewhere else.:down:

And on and on, even some woman comes up and says congratulations...blah, blah, blah.:mad:

Anyone know how to stop this?:(:confused:

I have used the Malwarebytes, search and destroy, AdwCleaner, Revo Uninstaller, FSS, Norton, rougekiller, just to mention a few.

Ever how this got in my computer got passed Norton Security Suite.

I really need some solution short of re formatting and re installing xp pro.
