Recently I received e-mail notification from C.Net that an update for one of my programs was available. I followed the link to C.Net and tried to log-in. But the the screen/monitor froze and continued to do so every time I tried to log-in. I went to C.Net via 'My Favourites' and got the same result and also via Google, same result. I ended up downloading the update without logging in. Now, any time I go to C.Net and try to log-in I get screen freeze/lock.
Also, and I don't know if it's connected to the same issue, when I watch video clips on YouTube sometimes the video takes an age to load-up and then sometimes just stops playing out of the blue. Sometimes there's an error message on the YouTube viewing box (whatever you call it.) This only started to occur after the e-mail notification from C.Net, could be just a coincidence. Anyone any ideas ?
