cannot access gmail

Error Msg.: Username and password do not match. You provided jksilva96@gmail.com. Please enter your full email address (including @doman.com)

Google calendar does not sync with outlook calendar.

Comcast is internet provider. Computer runs slow. Should we delete cookies?

When we purchased new Samsung Galaxy S III cell phones, Sprint connected us to Gmail in order to sync our phones. We then had problems syncing Outlook contacts and calandar to Google, Gmail and Google calandar.
